General Summary:
To manage the Sales and Marketing function of the Company.
To optimise sales and maximise profitability, whilst maintaining long lasting customer relationships and establishing
new ones,
To contribute to the strategy of the business.

Reporting Relationships:
This position reports to the Managing Director.
Principal Duties:
• Sales
➢ Manage the sales function, including helping to shape and develop the company’s short, medium and longer
term strategies.
➢ Shaping customers’ needs to ensure a good “STS” product fit.
➢ Presenting proposals and closing the right sales for the business.
➢ Project manage the sales of product through to acceptance and beyond.
• Marketing
➢ Manage the Marketing function.
➢ Ensure the company’s profile is maintained to the highest level.
