Exhibition
The exhibition will take place in the Active Learning Lab on 3rd Floor Harold Hughes Building, University of Liverpool on Wednesday 4 September 2024.

Exhibition opening times
The exhibition is open to delegates all day, with all refreshments and a finger buffet lunch served in the Active Learning Lab. Exhibitors can start setting up the day before, after the last coffee break and up until coaches leave for the drinks reception (between 16:05 to 18:00). There will be student helpers on hand to help if required  Please see the programme  as timings may change.

Exhibitors will not be required to prepare a presentation slide as in previous years but can still make a 1 minute pitch to delegates during teh conference.

Refreshments
Refreshments will be served in the Active Learning Lab on the 3rd floor.

Equipment drop-off, set-up and parking

Exhibitor equipment drop off is north side of building 234.

Exhibitors can set up from 8.30 am on Wednesday 4th September.
Access for drop-off from cars is from Great Newton Street. Postcode for building is L69 3GH. Exhibitors can park as indicated on the map to drop-off equipment but must then park in one of the visitor car parks, more information can be found at https://www.liverpool.ac.uk/maps/visiting/car-parking/
Visitor car park spaces are limited.

There are additional car parking spaces at the Paddington Village multistorey, a council run car park located next to campus. Liverpool City Council, Paddington Village, Elm Grove, Edge Hill, Liverpool, L7 3FA

What is provided
Exhibitors are provided with a table approx 5ft x 2ft, 2 chairs, access to power and wi-fi, (pop up stands should be placed behind the table) refreshments and lunch throughout the day. Pop up stands can be placed behind the table. Table covers, power cables and fixings are not provided. Cables need to be PAT tested. 2 exhibitor representatives are allowed per table. There will be a charge for additional representatives. Refreshments and lunch are provided. Delegate lists will be available post event subject to GDPR.

Inserts in delegate bags
If you have opted to have inserts included in delegate bags (additional charges apply but free of charge to BSSM Corporate members) please send 180 copies (maximum size single A4 sheet) to arrive no later than August 16th, please contact amandaboaler@bssm.org for address details.
